SHIPPING
New Zealand
Standard domestic shipping is $15 and may take up to a week. If the provider is experiencing certain delays please expect this to effect your delivery times.
All orders are sent with either Aramex Couriers or NZ Post.
Please allow 3-5 business days from order date for your parcel to be packaged and dispatched.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International
Standard International shipping is currently $40 and may take up to 4 weeks and in some cases longer.
All orders are sent via NZ Post with tracking.

DUTIES & TAXES
Shipping costs do not include any local taxes or duty fees.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Mothertree unopened and undamaged in order to receive a refund.
Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.
LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available and address will be sent when your purchase is complete.
For now, pick up times are limited and are to be privately arranged.
ONLINE RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us by emailing mothertree.nz@gmail.com.
We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand but we need you to keep the damaged item so the courier company can see the damage. We offer an exchange or refund for damaged items through transit or if they have an inherent product defect, but we will need you to return the product in question to us so it can be inspected.
You must notify us by email within 7 days on receipt of a damaged product, otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee exchange or replacement. We cannot accept the responsibility of the product once delivery has been made.
Please note I am a small business and one woman show, all sales are final and refunds are not accepted simply for a change of mind.
